Located in the countryside of the Casentino Valley, near Poppi, the small park has a 2km trail along which visitors can see native European animal species in their natural habitat (although caged).

Younger children will enjoy seeing the brown bears, wolves, lynx, deer, raccoons, beavers, skunks, weasels, foxes, wild boar, mountain goats, donkeys, ponies and birds of prey.

There is also a small restaurant.
