Lavanda is a spacious apartment of 64 sqm (net, internal area) on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms, the smaller of which opens on to a paved terrace with pergola.
The kitchen is well equipped, with full-size gas oven, 4-ring hob, microwave and fridge. There is a dining area and lounge seating, with direct access to the upper garden and outdoor pizza oven.
The apartment will soon have an interconnecting door at the bottom of the internal staircase to Girasole, a large two-bedroom apartment on the floor above. The two apartments can be combined to make a large 4-bedroom apartment (161 sqm) with 3 bathrooms and a large lounge (see below).
